Confocal microscope - Zeiss LSM 780 NLO

---

Cheney D - 1st floor

The Zeis LSM 780 NLO is a confocal microscope with high-sensitivity spectral light detection. It is set-up on inverted AxioObserver microscope dedicated to live cell imaging, thanks to a dark incubation chamber and modules controling CO2 and temperature. The pulsed multiphoton laser (coming in april 2012) will provide imaging into thick samples.

CRCL's LSM 780 NLO confocal microscope
