Ciblage des fonctions non-canoniques des protéines dans le cancer
Objectifs
L’objectif principal de l’équipe est, d’une part, d’élucider la contribution des protéines adaptatrices de la signalisation de l’immunité innée à la transformation cellulaire ou à l’apoptose des cellules cancéreuses. D’autre part, nous nous intéressons aux mécanismes moléculaires qui permettent aux cellules soumises à un stress oncogénique de s’adapter aux contraintes énergétiques et métaboliques résultant de ce stress.
Nous avons développé un certain nombre de modèles animaux afin d’étudier ces aspects in vivo, et des études précliniques sont en cours afin de valider des cibles thérapeutiques potentielles découlant de nos travaux.
