Régulation Moléculaire de l’Immunité dans le Cancer
Objectifs
La progression du cancer est souvent indexée à la qualité de la réponse immunitaire anti-tumorale. L’objectif général de nos recherches est de décrypter les mécanismes moléculaires (voies de signalisation et facteurs de transcription) orchestrant le dialogue entre les cellules immunitaires (en particulier les lymphocytes T) et leur microenvironnement. Nos travaux vont de la recherche fondamentale (régulation de la chromatine et de la transcription par NF-kB) aux applications thérapeutiques (inhibiteurs de checkpoint, cellules CAR-T).

Projets principaux
-Etude du rôle des facteurs de transcription de la famille NF-kappaB dans les réponses T anti-tumorales
-Optimisation de la fonction des cellules TCR-T et CAR-T par modulation de la voie NF-kappaB.
-Etudes des fonctions intrinsèques de NF-kappaB dans l’échappement des cellules cancéreuses à la réponse immunitaire.
-Cartographie spatiale de la résistance des cancers du pancréas aux immuno- et chimiothérapies.
