Molecular regulation of cancer immunity
Objectives
The progression of cancer is often linked to the quality of the anti-tumor immune response. The overall objective of our research is to decipher the molecular mechanisms (signaling pathways and transcription factors) that orchestrate the dialogue between immune cells (particularly T lymphocytes) and their microenvironment. Our work spans from basic research (chromatin and transcriptional regulation by NF-κB) to therapeutic applications (checkpoint inhibitors, CAR-T cells).

Main projects
-Study of the role of transcription factors of the NF-κB family in anti-tumor T cell responses.
-Optimization of TCR-T and CAR-T cell function through modulation of the NF-κB pathway.
-Study of the intrinsic functions of NF-κB in cancer cell escape from the immune response.
-Spatial mapping of pancreatic cancer resistance to immuno- and chemotherapies.
